Account Registration & Usage
1.1 Eligibility
Users must be at least 18 years of age to access or use the services. By using the services, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

Users must provide accurate information and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.
1.3 Account Restrictions
AIPro.Gold reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these policies or engage in misuse or fraudulent activity.
Acceptable Use Policy
2.1 Prohibited Activities
Users agree not to:
- Resell or exploit services without authorization
- Reverse engineer or copy systems
- Use services for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purposes
- Interfere with system security or infrastructure
2.2 AI-Generated Content
Users are responsible for how AI-generated content is used and must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
2.3 Monitoring & Enforcement
AIPro.Gold reserves the right to monitor usage and take action on violations.
Intellectual Property
3.1 Ownership
AIPro.Gold retains all rights to its systems, software, AI models, and proprietary data.
3.2 Restrictions
Unauthorized use of branding, systems, or proprietary materials is prohibited.
3.3 Inputs & Outputs
Users retain ownership of inputs. Outputs are assigned to users, subject to compliance with these Terms.
Payments, Subscriptions, and Token Systems
4.1 Payment Structure
AIPro.Gold utilizes:
- Onboarding Fees (one-time)
- Monthly Subscription Plans
- Token-based usage systems (where applicable)
4.2 Billing Authorization
By signing up, users authorize AIPro.Gold to charge approved payment methods for onboarding fees, recurring subscriptions, and applicable usage-based charges.
4.3 Auto-Renewal
All subscription plans automatically renew on a recurring basis unless cancelled in accordance with Section 4.5. By subscribing, users authorize recurring charges.
4.4 Pricing & Plan Changes
AIPro.Gold reserves the right to modify pricing, payment structures, subscription plans, token systems, and service offerings at any time as products evolve.
4.5 Cancellation & Refund Policy
AIPro.Gold requires a minimum of seven (7) days' written notice prior to the next billing date for any subscription cancellation requests. Subscriptions that have already been processed or charged are non-refundable and will not be subject to return or credit, in whole or in part. It is the user's responsibility to ensure cancellation requests are submitted within the required notice period.
4.6 Payment Methods
Users must maintain valid payment information through approved payment methods.
4.7 Unauthorized Transactions
AIPro.Gold is not responsible for unauthorized use of stored payment methods.
4.8 Chargebacks & Disputes
Accounts may be suspended for chargebacks. Fraudulent disputes may result in legal action.
4.9 Suspension for Non-Payment
AIPro.Gold reserves the right to suspend or restrict access to services for overdue or failed payments.
Data Collection & Privacy Policy
5.1 Data Collection
We collect account details, billing information, usage data, and AI inputs/outputs where applicable.
5.2 Use of Data
Data is used for service delivery, improvement, security, compliance, and support. AIPro.Gold does not sell personal data.
5.3 User Controls
Users may manage data preferences where applicable.
5.4 Security
AIPro.Gold implements reasonable safeguards; however, no system is completely secure.
5.5 Data Retention
Upon cancellation or termination, AIPro.Gold may retain or delete user data at its discretion following a reasonable retention period.
Limitation of Liability & Indemnification
6.1 "As Is" Services
Services are provided without warranties of any kind.
6.2 No Performance Guarantee
AIPro.Gold does not guarantee specific results, including but not limited to revenue increases, lead generation, or operational outcomes.
6.3 Liability Limits
AIPro.Gold is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
6.4 Indemnification
Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless AIPro.Gold from claims arising from misuse or violations.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
7.1 Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
7.2 Dispute Resolution Process
In the event of a dispute:
- Parties agree to attempt good faith resolution
- Disputes shall proceed to non-binding mediation in Florida
- If unresolved, disputes may be brought in the appropriate courts in Florida
- Each party bears its own legal costs unless otherwise determined
Changes to Terms
AIPro.Gold reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
